Can I return my order from Wild Orchard?

All teas are final sales, as they are food items and for safety reasons cannot be accepted back once they’ve left our facility.  However, if you are unhappy with any non-food items for any reason, please reach out to info@wildorchard.com and our partner will walk you through our return guidelines. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

What if my items are defective, incorrect or incomplete?

If you feel your order arrived with missing, incorrect or defective items, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  While we are not responsible for damages caused in transit after the items have left our facility, please let us know if you’ve receive any damaged or defective items and we will work with you to investigate the situation and help resolve it to the best of our abilities.  

Where can I find tracking information for my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

How soon can I expect my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the Continental US takes 1-5 business days. Standard shipping to Canada takes 3-7 business days. 

Does this product ship outside the US?

Yes, we can ship Wild Orchard products internationally while we only offer free shipping on orders over $65 within the Continental US, we can ship anywhere in the world. Rates vary depending on each region.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via UPS and USPS.  Free shipping can only be provided through these carriers.    If you would like your order shipped through a carrier other than UPS and USPS, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  However, please keep in mind we cannot offer free shipping through carriers other than the carrier of our choice.

A cup of tea can be medicine for the soul. Wild Orchard tea is grow on Jeju Island, South Korea, where the soil is rich in minerals from the native volcanic rocks and copious rainfall keeps the tea trees naturally well-watered. Their tea trees were born of seeds from their organic sister farm in Mongjung Mountain, first planted on their own Jeju Island estate in 1999. Because their tea trees were grown from the seed up, not transplanted, they developed deeper roots that allow for superior nutrient absorption from the soil. They were raised wild among weeds for the first two decades in order to acclimate them to a totally natural environment, ultimately producing a more hearty and resilient green tea.The final result is a tea that tastes incredibly soft yet deep and complex. Today the tea bushes continue to thrive among the various surrounding wildlife and meticulously crafted tea leaves harvested from these tea fields form the basis of all of Wild Orchard’s products.
